The enzyme Acid Protease enzyme derived from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation. Acid Protease hydrolyzes protein under low pH.
It has strongly conducts proteolysis and broadly used in the industry of fuel ethanol, animal feed additives,distillery, leather bating, juice purification and so on.

In feed industry
Accelerate proteolysis, increase feed utilization, reduce production cost.
In beer brewing industry
Efficaciously block up the formation of diacetyl and shorten beer maturity.
In alcohol industry
For starch materials based alcohol production, it can increase alcohol yield by 0.2-0.3% and shorten fermentation period.
Dosage recommendation 20-30g of 50 000u/mL per ton of DS or related material;
or add according to the formulations of various ingredients.
