Highly concentrated Phospholipase is derived from a superior strain by submerged liquid fermentation and modern downstream processing technique,
which the enzyme hydrolyzes phosphate ester structure,and digesting phospholipid molecules in the metabolic process to produce the hemolysis
phosphoric ester and unsaturated fatty acid.
Phospholipase is mainly used for the enzymatic degumming of vegetable oils,Lecithin hydrolysis,enhanced washing products quality,produce special
phosphate products and hemolysis phosphoric ester etc.

Applications:
General usage of enzymatic degumming
1, Heated the crude oil to 45°C, adding Citric Acid around 1‰~2‰ of crude oil weight ( The Citric Acid in advance diluted into 50% solutions),homogenized and keep for 30 minutes.
2,The high concentrated Phospholipase is diluted with water (enzyme dosage is 10mL/ tons of crude oil), then added into crude oil, mixing, reaction for 1-1.5 hours, the amount of water according to determine the phosphorus content in crude oil.
3,Centrifugal or sedimentation separate the oil and its by-product.
The optimization of operation conditions with different applications and requirements,which shall be changed.
