Highly concentrated Phospholipase is derived from a superior strain by submerged liquid fermentation and modern downstream processing technique,
which the enzyme hydrolyzes phosphate ester structure,and digesting phospholipid molecules in the metabolic process to produce the hemolysis 
phosphoric ester and unsaturated fatty acid.
 
Phospholipase is mainly used for the enzymatic degumming of vegetable oils,Lecithin hydrolysis,enhanced washing products quality,produce special 
phosphate products and hemolysis phosphoric ester etc.

Applications:  
General usage of enzymatic degumming
1, Heated the crude oil to 45°C, adding Citric Acid around 1‰~2‰ of crude oil weight ( The Citric Acid in advance diluted into 50% solutions),homogenized and keep for 30 minutes.
 
2,The high concentrated Phospholipase is diluted with water (enzyme dosage is 10mL/ tons of crude oil), then added into crude oil, mixing, reaction for 1-1.5 hours, the amount of water according to determine the phosphorus content in crude oil.
 
3,Centrifugal or sedimentation separate the oil and its by-product.
The optimization of operation conditions with different applications and requirements,which shall be changed.

2.  Storage of this biological product should avoid direct exposure to sunshine and wet, mix with poisonous and corrosive substances is forbidden.
3. In sealed containers, under cool (0~10℃) dry conditions,the shelf life is 12 months.

3) This product has been assigned to the optimal concentration and stability. However, with the passage of time, the enzyme will gradually drop it activity,
 prolonged storage or unfavorable conditions, such as high temperature or humidity, can lead to higher dosage amount .

Handle & Safety:
The enzyme preparation may irritate the skin and eyes.The dust may cause sensitization when inhaled.Please take precautions to avoid direct contact 
with the product.In case of contact with the skin or eyes,rinse thoroughly with copious amount of water.Seek medical advice if lung irritation occurs.
