Introduction:
β-Glucanase is a glucanase derived from a superior strain by submerged fermentation and modern
downstream processing technique,which contains endo-1,3(4)-β-glucanase,can catalyze the β-glucosan in plants
efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants.
Working Principle:
Beta-Glucan is a polysaccharide that is linked together by beta-(1.3),(1.4) glucosidic linkages,
beta-glucanase is an enzyme that take action in the beta-glucan structure beta-(1.3) and beta-(1.4)linkages in the chain causing
beta-glucan to break down into lower molecular plysaccharides.
