Introduction:
β-Glucanase is a glucanase derived from a superior strain by submerged fermentation and modern
downstream processing technique,which contains endo-1,3(4)-β-glucanase,can catalyze the β-glucosan in plants 
efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants.

Working Principle:
Beta-Glucan is a polysaccharide that is linked together by beta-(1.3),(1.4) glucosidic linkages,
beta-glucanase is an enzyme that take action in the beta-glucan structure beta-(1.3) and beta-(1.4)linkages in the chain causing 
beta-glucan to break down into lower molecular plysaccharides.

2.  Storage of this biological product should avoid direct exposure to sunshine and wet, mix with poisonous and

corrosive substances is forbidden.
 In sealed containers, under cool ( 25°C) dry conditions,the shelf life is 12 months.

The enzyme preparation may irritate the skin and eyes.The dust may cause sensitization when inhaled.Please take
