Highly concentrated Lipase (EC No. 3.1.1.3) is derived from a superior strain by submerged liquid fermentation and modern downstream
processing technique,which the enzyme hydrolyzes lipids (fats), in particular triglycerides into free fatty acids, glycerol, diglycerides and
monoglycerides.It is widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, detergents, wastewater treatment, pulp and paper industries.

Applications:
1. Food Industry: The lipase is characterized with emulsifying performance. It can effectively improve quality of all kinds of flour, such
as strengthening gluten network and improving its taste, enhancing the stability of the dough and fermenting power, magnifying
steam buns/loaf/dough volume, improving the smooth finish and whiteness of the flour products and prolonging product shelf life.
Reference Dosage: 1.0-3.0 g/100 kg of the four.
2. Feed Industry: Add the lipase in feed can release the short chain fatty acids, improve the energy utilization ratio of the fat-like feed raw materials, increase and improve the flavor and fragrance of the feed and increase the appetite of livestock. Meanwhile,
it can also has a certain effect in curing the local inflammation of the livestock.
Reference Dosage: 0.1‰-1‰ of the feed.
3. Leather Industry: lipase is one main composition of leather enzyme preparation and the important material in manufacture of top
grade leather. It is widely applied in tanning preparation process such as soaking, soaking in lime process, softening, deliming,
degreasing and etc.
Dosage: it can be used in conjunction with protease at 25-55°Cwith PH6-11 according to different process requirements.
Generally, the lipase accounts for 10% of total enzyme preparation.
4. Other industries: Lipase can catalyze lipids hydrolyzation efficiently. It can also be used in dairy food, liquor flavor enhancers,
pharmaceutical, cosmetics, detergents, wastewater treatment, pulp and papermaking industries.
