BrewXS P is a high concentrated powder xylanase enzyme derived from a superior strain by submerged fermentation and modern downstream processing
 technique,which the enzyme degrades β-1,4-xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolysate to be xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. It is broadly used in industries of animal feed, brewery, distillery, paper and pulp and ect..

Definition of unit1 unit of BrewXS P equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes xylan to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in xylose) in 1 min. at 50℃ and pH4.8.

Working temperature 35-70℃,optimum 55-60℃.

Function principle:BrewXS P degrades the linear polysaccharide beta-1,4-xylan into xylose, thus breaks down hemicellulose, a major component of plant cell walls.

Applications

In beer brewing industry  
  ■ Degrade xylan and pentosan from barley or cereal efficaciously, reducing wort viscosity;
  ■ Accelerate enzymes’ hydrolytic action and malt filtering rate, increasing sugar yield;
  ■ Efficaciously improve the quality of the beer and avoid turbid product;
  ■ Especially good for wheat beer or wheat used as auxiliary materials in brewing beer technology.

In bakery industry  
  ■ Improve the size of bread and steam bread;
  ■ Improve the interior form of bread and steam bread;
  ■ Improve the appearance of bread and steam bread.
 
In feed industry  
  ■ Degrade antinutritional factor-xylan and decrease feed viscosity, enhance the contact between nutrient and digesting enzymes, increase the nutrient digesting and utilizing rate;
  ■ Break the plant cell wall, release nutrients and improve feed utilization;

Dosage recommendation 15-30g of BrewXS P (50,000u/g) per ton of DS or related material; or add according to the formulations of various ingredients.

2.  Storage of this biological product should avoid direct exposure to sunshine 

 and wet, mix with poisonous and corrosive substances is forbidden.
 In sealed containers, under cool ( 25°C) dry conditions,the shelf life is 12 months.
